Yemeni Lanterns

These outdoor lanterns were styled on a Yemeni design we love. They are handmade in Kenya at a small metal workshop from iron and canvas. A candle is placed inside the lantern while collapsed. Then simply pull up and hang on the chain. Perfect for camping and in the garden, creating that 'out of Africa' vibe...

Wooden Plates

Each one is unique and handmade by our craftsman, Isaiah on the East African coast. The wood varies as Isaiah collects off-cuts from boat yards along the beach...mgando, mahogany and afzelia are mostly used.

The traditional sailing dhows are made from these hardwoods, and Isaiah scavenges the off-cuts to make his pieces. Supply is limited! Each one is unique, durable and rustic, they are perfect for serving salads and mains, cheeses or cakes. And the best thing is they won't break if dropped so you can take them anywhere!

Safari Camping Shower

This is what all self-respecting 'glampers' take on holiday.
Designed and made by a small team of craftsmen in Kenya, these robust showers have been used in the bush for a century!

They are made from waterproof cotton canvas, which comes in sand or dark khaki. Full rose shower-head gives a 'bush power shower'! Hang with a rope over a tree or from a pulley and you are transported to Africa!
